Reports General Information
Table of Contents
- 1. Login to ACME Backoffice
- 2. To view reports, Click on Reports
- 3. Click on Search
- 4. You can either enter an abbreviation for a department that has the report you are looking for (i.e. “DS:” = Digital Strategies) or search the reports list
- 5. Click on View/Edit on the target report line
- 6. To run a report, ensure the desired date range is selected and click Run Report
- 7. Click on Download CSV to filter the data more easily in Excel
- 8. Occasionally numbers reflected in your run of the report will differ from the earlier results. If you need to view past report results, click “View All Results”
- 9. To view a specific report result, locate the the desired report and click Download CSV, this helps indicate differences between report pulls

*Please note: past report runs will be deleted from the system after one month.
