How to add a new user to Museum Anywhere

- 1. Go to https://museum.inficaresoft.com/login
- 2. Enter your login information and click on Login
- 3. Upon login the below modal will popup, Click OK as we do not want these features
- 4. Click on Wallet Card to navigate away from the offerings page after the popup
- 5. Use the search bar at the top right and search by membership id, member first and last name, or member email
- 6. Once you have found the correct membership, check the box to the very left of the member line
- 7. Click on Send Mail
- 8. Click on OK to finalize the email send

Note: If a membership was sold or renewed less than 24 hours from when you are searching for them, it is possible their record has not yet synced over to MuseumAnywhere (refreshes every 24 hours).
