Existing Event Configurations
- 1. HOW TO INCREASE CAPACITY:
- 2. Navigate to Acme: Events List
- 3. Click on View for the event line that needs to be increased
- 4. Click on Edit Event
- 5. Enter the new capacity (updated capacity must be greater than the total number of current tickets sold)
- 6. Click on Update to confirm
- 7. HOW TO UPDATE A SINGLE EVENT INSTANCE WITHOUT SENDING A MASS EMAIL
- 8. To update a single event instance’s start or end time with orders and without sending a mass email, start by clicking on View on the event line
- 9. Click on Edit Event
- 10. Edit the capacity to the number of tickets sold on the event
- 11. Click on SCHEDULE
- 12. Uncheck Web to take the event offline
- 13. Click on Update
- 14. Once the Call Center has returned/rebooked the remaining orders, you can update the event time. Click on View on the event line.
- 15. Click on Edit Event
- 16. Add the correct capacity back
- 17. Click on SCHEDULE
- 18. Change the start time, ensuring the correct AM or PM is selected
- 19. Change the end time, ensuring the correct AM or PM
- 20. Check Web to add it back online
- 21. Click on Update

- 23. To change the start/end time of an event with orders without removing the existing orders before updating, click on View on the target event line
- 24. Click on Edit Event
- 25. Click on SCHEDULE
- 26. Enter the new event start time

- 30. Below is an example of the email that was automatically sent upon updating the event
- 31. To view the automatic email configuration in ACME, click on Settings
- 32. Click on Administration
- 33. Click on EMAIL
- 34. Event Reschedule is the automatic email that comes with updating the event time and not removing orders prior. It is currently set to the ACME Default email.

2. Navigate to Acme: Events List
3. Click on View for the event line that needs to be increased

4. Click on Edit Event

5. Enter the new capacity (updated capacity must be greater than the total number of current tickets sold)

Note: After clicking “Update”, you will click “Cancel” to navigate away from this page (imagine it says ‘back’)

*Note: This work process requires Call Center support. 
9. Click on Edit Event

10. Edit the capacity to the number of tickets sold on the event

11. Click on SCHEDULE

12. Uncheck Web to take the event offline

14. Once the Call Center has returned/rebooked the remaining orders, you can update the event time. Click on View on the event line.
Note: Ensure Call Center knows to update you when they are done with returning orders as this is their responsibility. 
15. Click on Edit Event

16. Add the correct capacity back

17. Click on SCHEDULE

18. Change the start time, ensuring the correct AM or PM is selected
Note: If you are in a different time zone when editing anything on the event, the event time will be changed to the timezone you are in once you hit “Update”. Make sure your computer is using Pacific Standard Time. 
19. Change the end time, ensuring the correct AM or PM

20. Check Web to add it back online

21. Click on Update
