How to cancel or delete an event without tickets sold

- 1. Click on the calendar icon to select the event date
- 2. Click the date of the event that needs to be deleted.
- 3. Click on the delete icon on the event line that needs to be deleted.
- 4. Click on Delete Event to confirm
- 5. If you need to restore the event and have not yet navigated off of the event list page, the event line will still be present and slightly grayed. Simply click the restore icon under the delete tab on the event line.
- 6. Click on Restore Event to confirm
- 7. If you need to restore the event and have navigated off of the event list page, simply return to the Event List, select Deleted from the Status dropdown.
- 8. Click on restore icon located under the delete tab
- 9. Click on Restore Event to confirm
- 10. To Cancel an event, click on the cancel icon located below the Cancel tab
- 11. Click on Cancel Event to confirm
- 12. If you navigate to the Status of Canceled on the canceled event you can view the canceled event and cannot restore the event
ADMIN: Cancel or Delete Event without Tickets Sold
Description: Events without tickets can be removed by deleting or cancelling. You will only be able to delete events when there are no tickets sold for that event. If there are any orders attached to the event, please refer to Cancel or Delete Event with Tickets Sold documentation.

1. Click on the calendar icon to select the event date
2. Click the date of the event that needs to be deleted.
3. Click on the delete icon on the event line that needs to be deleted.
4. Click on Delete Event to confirm
5. If you need to restore the event and have not yet navigated off of the event list page, the event line will still be present and slightly grayed. Simply click the restore icon under the delete tab on the event line.
6. Click on Restore Event to confirm
7. If you need to restore the event and have navigated off of the event list page, simply return to the Event List, select Deleted from the Status dropdown.

10. To Cancel an event, click on the cancel icon located below the Cancel tab
Note: cancelled events cannot be restored
11. Click on Cancel Event to confirm
When there are no orders attached to the event, there is no need for an email notification. If there are orders in the event, please coordinate with the Program Owner to ensure they want to send a mass email. The Program Owner should provide the copy for the cancellation email message.
